Farm grown and crafted hot sauces created with our very own hot peppers. Each one features different types of peppers and ingredients to highlight their flavors.
Each bottle is 5 oz. except the Pumpkin Pepper Sauce which is 8 oz.
Hot Sauce
***Caldera Hot Sauce- Our medium heat sauce that features Bishops Crown, Mad Hatter, Habanero peppers and farm fresh garlic. This sauce is versatile with a little kick.
***Piña Fuego Hot Sauce- Inspired by the flavors of the tropics this sauce features pineapple, mango and passionfruit with farm grown Scotch Bonnet, 7-Pot, Trinidad Scorpion, and Yellow Carolina Reaper Peppers.
***Sauce of the Gods - Inspired by Oaxacan molé negro with Chocolate Habanero, Chilhuacle Negro, Ghost, Chocolate Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper Peppers.
***Pumpkin Pepper Fermented sauce- In collaboration with Buckman Brines - This mild hot sauce is made with Flat Tack Farm grown pumpkins and peppers to make a naturally fermented sauce that goes great with all types of dishes. ***MUST be kept refrigerated, it is alive and packed with good for you pro-biotics.
We are currently only offering pick up at our farm in Vancouver, WA.
Starting in May you can also pick up at the Downtown Vancouver Farmers Market
