The Beef Share add on will be a once per month delivery of frozen beef cuts that will accompany your veggie share box.  The cost for the Mixed cuts box is $150 per month (total of $900 for the season).

June - Stir Fry Box - 3lbs Carne Asada, 3lbs Korean Style (Thin Sliced) Short-Ribs, 3lbs Sirloin Steak
July - Stock-up Box - 4lb Beef Roast, 4lbs Sirloin Steak, 4lbs Ground Beef
August - Grilling Box - 3lbs of Ground Beef, 3lbs Sirloin Steak, 3lbs New York Steak
September - Taco Box - 5lbs Ground Beef, 4lbs Carne Asada, 4lb Beef Roast
October 2nd- Stock-up Box - 4lb Beef Roast, 4lbs Sirloin Steak, 4lbs Ground Beef
October 30th - Slow Cooker Box - 4lbs Stew Meat, 4lbs Round Steak, 4lbs Osso Bucco (Beef Shank), 4lbs Soup/Neck Bones
